Our team is based out of Hanumant Wadi in Latur. If you have visited this part of Maharashtra, you know it is a quiet place, but we stay busy. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space for paperwork and meeting the crew. Latur has a specific rhythm that we have grown used to over the years. Construction here depends on staying on top of the supply chain and hoping the labor shows up. We don't bother with fancy websites or marketing. Most of our work comes from people talking to each other. We are often on the road, checking different sites to see if the foundations were poured correctly. Summer heat slows everything down, but we push through it. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to build things that stay standing. If a pipe leaks or a wall isn't straight, we just go back and fix it. That is the job. It is a simple life focused on bricks, mortar, and getting home after work. Every project has its own set of issues, but we handle them as they come. We aren't looking for awards, just a solid day of work. The town is small enough that everyone knows everyone, so we try to be fair.
