Kapte Ayurved Hospital

This is our Ayurved hospital located right on Degloor Road. It is a bit of a different setup than the big modern hospitals you see in the cities. We focus on the traditional ways of doing things, using herbs and oils and stuff like that. The building is right there on the main road, so it is easy to spot when you are driving through the area. We have rooms for people to stay in if they need to be here for longer treatments, and a small area in the back where we mix up the medicines. It is a peaceful place for the most part. We do not have a lot of high-tech machinery or computers. Instead, we have massage tables and clay pots and simple wooden furniture. The smell of herbs is pretty much everywhere, which some people really like and some others have to get used to, but that is just part of being here. We have been on Degloor Road for a long time now. The staff here mostly lives in the neighborhood. We do not use a lot of fancy medical words when we talk to patients. We just talk to them about their diet and how they are feeling in general. It is a simple way of doing things. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we sweep it out every morning. It is just a place for people who want to try the old ways of healing.
