Kailash Masala Industries

Kailash Masala Industries is tucked away in the Old Midc area. We are over at Plot No.A-98, which is right near the P.C. Pole Factory. If you know Ajanta Road, you can find us pretty easily. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and people moving things around. The smell of ground spices is usually pretty strong around here, which some people like and some don't. We’ve been operating out of this plot for quite some time. It’s not a very big space, but we have enough room for the machines we use. Sometimes the dust from the spices gets everywhere, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of the shift. The neighbors at the pole factory are good people, and we mostly keep to ourselves. Working with masalas is hard work because you have to be careful with the mix and the grinding. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of what we do is just day-to-day production. We get the raw materials in, process them, and then pack them up. The Ajanta Road traffic can be a headache sometimes when we are trying to get deliveries out, but we manage. It's just a regular workplace where we show up and do what needs doing. We’ve had the same few people working here for years now and we just keep the machines running.
