Joshis Skin and Ayurved Clinic is situated on Old Ausa Road. It’s a familiar street for most people around here, and we’ve become part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. We focus on a mix of skin care and traditional Ayurveda. It’s a bit of an old-school approach combined with what we know about skin today. The clinic isn't huge, but it's enough space for what we do. We see a lot of people coming in with different skin issues or just looking for some Ayurvedic advice on how to feel better. Usually, the day starts with setting things up and checking the schedule to see who is coming in. There’s always a faint smell of oils and herbs in the air, which I think is quite nice for a workplace. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. Old Ausa Road can get crowded with cars and people, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. People know they can just come in and talk to us about their concerns. We don't use big fancy words to explain things. We just tell it like it is. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby, and we like it that way.
