Indiana Coneyours Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No- C-1 in the MIDC district. It’s a massive industrial zone, and our building is just one of many concrete structures lined up along the road. We spend most of our time dealing with conveyor systems, so the workshop is always full of metal rollers, long belts, and the sound of grinding. It gets quite noisy when we’re testing a new setup, so we usually have to raise our voices to be heard. The office part of the building is just a few small rooms with some old metal filing cabinets and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don’t really focus on making the place look pretty for visitors. Instead, we spend our energy making sure the orders are accurate and the parts are being fabricated correctly. Traffic in the MIDC can be a real headache in the evening, but we usually stay late enough that it clears up a bit before we head home. There’s a tiny corner with a kettle where we make tea, which is probably the most used piece of equipment in the whole place. We aren't a massive multinational firm with thousands of staff. We are just a local team doing practical work and trying to keep everything moving. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a long time.
