Haryana Dal Mill

Being located at A-27/1 in the MIDC area, Haryana Dal Mill is right in the thick of the industrial zone. It’s a place where the air is always thick with the smell of grains and the hum of the milling machines. We’ve been here for a while, and the floor of the mill is worn smooth from years of boots walking over it. It’s a loud place, so we usually have to raise our voices to be heard over the equipment. We don't have a lot of frills here. The office is just a small partitioned area with a wooden desk and a few chairs for visitors. Most of our time is spent out on the floor, checking the bags and making sure the mill is running right. The MIDC can be a bit dusty and the roads aren't always the best, but it’s where the work is. We have a small team of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. We eat our lunch together in the shade when we can find a quiet moment. There isn't anything fancy about how we do things. We just take the raw dal, process it, and bag it up. It’s hard work and it makes for long days, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the stacks of bags ready to go at the end of the shift. We are just a local mill doing what we know how to do.
