Gajanan Hospital

Gajanan Hospital is located at House No-47 in Vidhya Nagar. We are pretty close to the Ambaji Parli Bazar area. It’s a decent-sized place since we are a hospital, but we still try to keep things feeling like a local spot. Being in Vidhya Nagar means we are surrounded by houses and families. It’s usually a bit quieter here than being right in the middle of the bazaar, which is nice for the patients. We have been here for a long time. The building is an older house that we converted so it has that lived-in feel. People don’t feel too nervous coming here because it doesn't look like a cold, sterile laboratory. We have beds for people who need to stay over, and a small area where families can sit. The staff here are mostly local people. We all know each other well. We see a lot of the same families generation after generation. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we have to fix a light, just like any other house in the neighborhood. We don't put on airs. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like neighbors. The bazaar is close enough that we can hear the commotion sometimes, but Vidhya Nagar stays mostly calm. It’s a good place for a hospital to be. We just do our best to take care of whoever comes through House 47, making sure they feel okay.
