Dk Properties Llp is our small business here in Latur. We’ve been operating out of the Signal Camp area for a while now. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place where we sit down and talk about land and buildings. We started this because we know the Latur district inside and out. My cousin and I handle most of the work ourselves. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the paperwork for the plots is actually correct. Some days it’s very dusty and hot, but that is just how it is around here. We don't have a marketing team or someone to write fancy things for us. We just tell people what we have available and what the prices are. Most of our neighbors know where we are. We drink a lot of tea and look at maps on the wall. It’s a simple way of doing things. Latur is growing fast and there are always new people moving in. We try to help them find a spot that works for their family. We don’t make big promises that we can’t keep. It’s just about being honest and doing the work properly. We’ve been at this same spot for years, and we don't plan on going anywhere else soon. It is home for us and we like it here.
