Our little office is tucked away in Malang Galli here in Latur, specifically at House Number R 6/1210. We started this place because the women in our neighborhood needed a local spot to manage their savings without a lot of trouble. It is run by people who live right here in the same streets, so it feels very personal. The lane outside can get quite narrow and crowded in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We do not have a big glass building or any polished signs. It is just a regular room where we keep our books and talk to the ladies who come in. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the people who drop by to save a few rupees from their daily expenses. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we are busy talking about local news. Latur is a busy town, but our corner in Malang Galli feels like home. We are not doing anything fancy or high-tech, just the basic stuff that helps local families get by from month to month. You might have to ask a neighbor for directions to the door if it is your first time visiting us. It feels good to see the same familiar faces every single day. We just try to make things work for the community in a way everyone understands.
