Dev Food Production

Down here in Wada No-16 at Swabhiman Nagar, things are usually moving pretty fast. Dev Food Production is right near Nath Road, so we get a lot of the noise from the passing trucks. It’s a busy part of Parli Nath Beed. We work with food, so the smell is always there, depending on what we are making that day. It’s a practical setup. Nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just people in hairnets getting stuff packed. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The morning starts with checking the machines and making sure the supplies arrived. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for Swabhiman Nagar, so we have to go out to the main road to show them the way. Being near Nath Road helps with getting things out to the markets. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't use a lot of big fancy words for what we do. We just make food products and try to keep everything clean and orderly. The staff all live nearby, so everyone knows each other. It makes the long shifts go by a bit faster when you can joke around. We keep our tools sharp and our floors swept. It’s just how we run things. No big corporate meetings, just a quick chat in the morning and then we get to it. Sometimes the rain makes the road muddy, so that slows down the trucks coming to Swabhiman Nagar. We just deal with it as it happens.
