Chinmayanand Construction LLP is located in a place called Borgao, which is part of the Renapur tehsil in Latur district. Specifically, you can find us at Darji Borgao, care of Shri Uttam Ganpati Shinde. It is a bit different from the big city offices you see in magazines. Around here, things move at a slightly different pace. We are out in the Latur area, and most of the people who come by already know where we are. It’s not a place with glass walls or fancy desks. We use what we have and focus on the construction work that needs doing in the local community. The address might seem long when you write it out, but it’s just home to us. Being in Darji Borgao means we are close to the land and the people we actually work for. There is plenty of dust and sun, and that is just part of the job. We don’t have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just have our names and the projects we are trying to get off the ground. Most days involve a lot of travel between the village and the sites nearby. It is hard work, and the office is mostly for keeping the records straight and making sure the bills get paid. We are just local folks doing what we know how to do in our corner of Renapur. It’s a simple life and we just do the best we can with the tools we have.
