We operate out of Borgaon in the Latur district. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it can get very dry and hot, especially in the middle of the year. Our office is a basic building in the village area, which serves as our main hub for the freight work we handle. We’ve been part of this community for some time, and most of our staff lives just a short walk or bike ride away. The work is mostly about managing the freight that comes through the district, which involves a lot of coordination and patience. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and find someone busy with a clipboard or a computer screen. There is always a lot of dust from the road, and we spend a good chunk of our time just trying to keep the office clean and the files organized. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just want to make sure the trucks are loaded and the deliveries happen on time. Lunch is usually brought from home, and we all sit together before getting back to the afternoon rush. It is a humble way of working, but it is honest and keeps the wheels turning for the freight business in Latur. We don't ask for much, just a smooth day of work.
