C. P. Engineers

C. P. Engineers is over at F-26 in the Waluj MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to Waluj, you know it’s mostly factories and workshops, and we fit right in. Our place is basically a big shed where we work on engineering parts and mechanical repairs. It’s usually loud because of the machines, and there’s always a bit of grease around. We aren't a polished company with sales reps in ties. We’re the ones in the grease-stained clothes doing the actual work. We’ve been at this spot for years, and the neighbors all know us. We do a lot of lathe work and some welding when someone brings in a broken machine part. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a fancy website or any glossy brochures to show off. If someone needs something fixed or a new part fabricated, they just come by the shop and we talk about it. Sometimes we’re really busy and there’s a bit of a wait, but we try to get things done as fast as we can without rushing the quality. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we usually keep the big doors open for a breeze. It’s just an honest engineering shop doing what we know how to do. Waluj is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been here since the early days of the estate.
