Brahmanand Foods

We are tucked away at Serial No-208/3 on Selawalik Road. If you know the M.I.D.C Industrial Area, you know it gets pretty hectic around here with all the trucks and the noise from the other plants. We started Brahmanand Foods because we wanted to do something of our own. It isn't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It is mostly just a handful of us making sure everything gets processed and packed. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but inside we keep things moving. Mornings start early, usually before the sun is even fully up, just to beat the heat. Dealing with the logistics in this part of town can be a headache sometimes because the roads get so narrow when everyone is trying to load up at once. We spend a lot of time checking the weights and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s not glamorous. My hands are usually a bit rough from the work, and we all wear plain clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Sometimes we sit out front during the tea break and just watch the traffic go by on Selawalik Road. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a fancy reception or a secretary to answer phones. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor working. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families.
