We are based out in Dhanegaon, which is near Latur. Our office is right there in the village area, post Dhanegaon. It is quite different from the big city offices in Mumbai or Pune. Things move a bit slower here, which is fine by us. Bindas Fashion & Lifestyle is run from this spot, and it is mostly a practical setup. We do not have any fancy glass doors or a lobby. It is more of a functional space where we store our stock and handle the paperwork. The roads around Latur can be a bit dusty, especially in the dry season. We see a lot of tractors and local transport passing by. Most of the people working here are from around the area. We spend our days sorting through lifestyle products and clothes, making sure everything is counted correctly. It is a lot of manual counting and writing things down in ledgers. In the evenings, the sky gets really clear out here compared to the city. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient with the online stuff. We usually have our lunch together and talk about local news. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just provide fashion items from our base here in Dhanegaon. It is a quiet place to work, and we like the community feel of being in Latur district.
