Avanati Foundation

Avanati Foundation is based out in Latur. We are located at Lecturer Colony in Ahmedpur. The address is C/O Balaji Vishwanath Kumdale. It’s more like a home-based setup than a formal office building. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Latur is a place where people value community, and we try to stick to that. We don’t have a big board of directors or fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just us sitting in the colony, talking to folks who pass by. Ahmedpur is a smaller town, so news travels fast. If we are doing something good, everyone knows. If we mess up, everyone knows that too. It keeps us honest. We work on various things that help the local community grow. It might be something for the schools or helping out with local issues. We aren't looking to be famous or expand to the big cities. We are happy right here in Latur. Balaji’s place is easy to find, and people know they can just drop in. We don't have a receptionist to filter calls. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. It’s a simple life and simple work. We don't have a lot of funding, so we make do with what we have. It’s about being there for each other in the colony and the town.
