Arthpurti Nidhi Limited

Our office for Arthpurti Nidhi Limited is over on Yakatpur Road in Latur. It’s located at Plot No. 28, which is on Survey No. 164. The building belongs to Mahadev Lagaskar’s son, and we’ve made our home here for the business. Latur can be quite dry and dusty, so we are always dusting off the desks before we start work. It is a quiet area compared to the main market, which is nice when you have to focus on numbers. We have a few rooms set up for the staff to work in. It’s not fancy, just some basic furniture and some storage for our records. People come by on their bikes and park out front. We see a lot of folks from the surrounding villages who have business on this side of town. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing more pen and paper work than we expected. That’s just part of life here in Maharashtra. We take our lunch breaks together, usually bringing stuff from home. It feels like a small family here rather than a big company. We are just trying to do our jobs and help out the people who trust us with their memberships. It is a steady pace of life on Yakatpur Road, and we are fine with that. We have been in this spot for a bit and plan to stay.
