Arnav Hospital

Arnav Hospital is located in Dhangar Galli, and we are right near the Hanuman Temple. You can actually hear the temple bells and the prayers quite clearly from inside the hospital rooms, which some people find comforting. The lane, Dhangar Galli, is quite narrow, so parking can be a real headache for anyone coming by car. Most people just walk here from the neighborhood. The hospital isn't a massive corporate building. It’s more of a local place that has grown over time. The walls are thick, and the layout is a bit confusing because of how it was built in stages. We have a small staff, and everyone knows everyone's business. It gets busy in the mornings when the local families bring in their elderly parents or sick kids. We don't have the latest high-tech gadgets you might see on TV, but we have what’s needed for the basic stuff. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people are always tracking in dust from the street. It can get pretty loud outside with the temple activities and the local traffic, but we just get used to it. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just a plain hospital serving the people in this part of town. We stay open late, and there is always someone around if there is an emergency in the middle of the night. It’s a lot of work but it's home.
