Anmol Gul Udhyog

We have been running Anmol Gul Udhyog for quite a while now. Our place is right in Village Hali, near the government school in Udgir. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find. We mostly deal with making jaggery from the sugarcane we get around here. It is a lot of hard work every day. The machines run most of the time during the season. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the workshop and where we store the blocks. Most of the people working here are from the village itself. We wake up early to start the fires and get the juice boiling. It gets very hot in the shed, but that’s just how the work is. We keep things simple and try to do an honest job. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially if it rains unexpectedly, but we manage. People from nearby villages know us well. They stop by to see what we are making. We didn't start this to become a huge corporation. It’s just a family-run thing that keeps us busy. We mostly sell to local traders who take it to the bigger markets. Our address is right there in Post Hali, so if you are passing by the school, you will probably see the smoke from the chimneys. We don't spend money on big ads. Word of mouth works just fine for us in this part of Udgir.
