Anjali Boutiqe

Anjali Boutiqe is located right at Town Center, Cidco No 5, in the Kannad Aurangabad area. You can find us pretty easily because we are right opposite the big water tank. Most people in the neighborhood know the spot. We spend most of our days here working with different fabrics and trying to get the stitching right for whoever walks through the door. It gets a bit busy sometimes, especially when there is a wedding coming up or a festival, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. The shop is not anything fancy, just a regular place where we do our work and talk to the people who live nearby. Sometimes the weather gets really hot here in Maharashtra, but we keep the fans going and stay busy with the sewing machines. We have been in this spot for a while now. People come in to get things fixed or to have something new made from a piece of cloth they bought. We try to listen to what they want, even if they aren't always sure themselves. It is a lot of measuring and cutting and then sewing it all back together. Dealing with needles and threads all day can be tiring for the eyes, but it is good to see a finished dress. If you are walking past the water tank, you will see us there. It’s just a simple local shop doing its thing every day. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name.
