Ambika Foods

Our place, Ambika Foods, is out on Ajanta Road at Plot No- K-39 in the Addl Midc area. It’s an industrial zone, so there aren't many trees or parks around, just other factories and warehouses. We spend our days inside the plant, making sure the production lines are running like they should. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. The building is a big concrete structure that gets pretty hot during the daytime. We have a small area for the staff to take their breaks, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. There’s always the sound of machines humming in the background, which becomes like white noise after a while. We don't really have a big sales team or a marketing department. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things. The trucks come in to load up early in the morning, and that’s usually our busiest time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to pitch in to get it fixed quickly. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just want to do our jobs and get the products out on time. The road outside can get a bit rough with all the heavy trucks, but we've lived with it for years. It isn't anything glamorous, but it’s what we do for a living and we take it seriously enough. We just try to get it right. It’s decent work.
