Prasad And Sons is out here in the village of Ambasikhar. It's right by the post office, so it isn't too hard to find if you're coming through the Taluka Latehar area. We are set up on the Latehar to Kura Road, specifically in Banpur. The Government Polytechnic is just a little ways away from us, which is a good landmark for anyone who hasn't been out this way before. Being in Kura means things are a bit quieter than in the big cities, which suits us just fine. We handle our daily business from this spot and have been doing so for quite some time. It's a family-run kind of thing, mostly just us looking after the day-to-day tasks that come our way. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of Latehar. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It's more of a practical place where people know they can find us if they need something. Most of the people around here know who we are since we’ve been near the Polytechnic for a while. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool and try to finish up before it gets too dark. It’s a simple way of working, but it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on what's in front of us and keep things moving at our own pace.
