Petarwar Agrostar Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at house number 02 in Jaradih, Petarwar. We share space with Shiv Charan Mahto, who is the son of the late K. Nath Mahto. The house is a familiar spot for many people living around here. We started Petarwar Agrostar because we wanted to have a local place for farmer business. It is a very humble setup. There are no air conditioners or fancy computers. We mostly use paper notebooks to keep track of what is going on. It is often quiet, except when someone drops by to talk about the latest fertilizers or the price of grain. We spend a lot of time just sitting and talking about the weather. In Jharkhand, you never know if the monsoon will be on time. We do not use big words or have a mission statement. We just show up and do what needs to be done. If the power is out, we work by the window for light. It is just the reality of life in Jaradih. People know us as neighbors first and business owners second. We do not spend money on advertising because everyone already knows where we are. We just keep our supplies in the back and make sure the books are balanced at the end of the month. It is a simple life, and we are quite content with how things are running right now in our small village. We hope the next season is good for everyone.
