Nikhil N Nitish Construction Private Limited

We are based out of Bishunpura, right at the chowk in Latehar. The company is named after Nikhil and Nitish, and we operate from the house of Rishikesh Pandey. It is a quiet village area, but there is always something being built. We are not fancy people. We wear our work clothes every day and spend most of our time out in the sun or the dirt. Building things in Latehar has its challenges, like getting the right trucks in on time, but we have learned how to deal with the local roads and the local pace. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know where to find us at the chowk. We mostly do residential stuff or small local works. Sometimes we are juggling two or three small jobs at once, which keeps us pretty busy. Our office is just a place to keep the ledgers and the site maps. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Things break down, or workers do not show up, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That is just the nature of construction in a place like this. We have lived in this village a long time, so we care about the stuff we build here. It is not just a job; it is our reputation on the line every time we start a new foundation.
