We are located at 529 Bypass Road in Latehar. It’s a straightforward location right in the heart of the town. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. When you walk in, you usually see one of us sitting at a desk with a stack of ledgers. Latehar is a small place in Jharkhand where word of mouth is everything. We don't spend money on posters or ads because everyone knows where we are. We handle small savings accounts and provide loans to our members when they need a little help getting by. The bypass road stays busy with trucks and buses, so there is always a bit of noise, but we don't mind it much. We like being where the action is. Our members are mostly local folks who have known us for years. We don't use any high-tech gadgets that nobody understands. We keep things simple so that everyone feels comfortable. If you have a question, you just ask, and we give you a straight answer. We aren't part of some giant chain from the city. We are just local residents of Latehar who decided to start a Nidhi company to help out the community. It’s practical work and we try to do it as honestly as we can every day, without any of that corporate polish or big promises.
