Erbauer Construction Private Limited

Erbauer Construction Private Limited is based in a small village called Jogiyadih. It is part of the Balumath area in Latehar. To find us, you basically have to look for the house of Arjun Ganjhu. We don't have a dedicated office building with a logo on it. We just work from the village. It is very quiet here, far away from the noise of the big cities like Ranchi. Most of our work is done in and around the local villages. We know the people here and they know us. Arjun usually handles the meetings while I look after the labor and the materials. Getting supplies to Jogiyadih can be a real challenge, especially when the rains turn the dirt roads into mud. There have been times when we had to wait a week for a truck to get through. We don't have high-speed internet or anything like that. We do our business face-to-face or over the phone. It is a very traditional way of working, but it works for the people in Latehar. We focus on building simple, sturdy structures like small houses and boundary walls. We don't use fancy architectural terms. We just talk about how many bags of cement we need and where the bricks are coming from. It is honest work and it keeps us connected to the land. The sun sets early behind the hills, so we usually wrap up by five in the evening.
