Chetlal Sarita Infrastructure Private Limited

We are based in the village of Chamatu, which is part of the Ganeshpur post office area in Latehar. This is where my father, Banshi Ram, raised us, and it’s where we run Chetlal Sarita Infrastructure from. It’s a small operation, mostly just family and a few workers from the surrounding villages. Being out in Jharkhand like this, we don’t have a high-rise office or any fancy glass doors. Our workspace is part of the family property. We spend a lot of our time on the move, driving to different parts of Latehar and the neighboring districts to see how the work is going. The roads out here aren't always the best, so it takes a while to get anywhere, but we don't mind the travel. We know everyone in the area, and they know us. Most of our business comes from word of mouth, just people talking in the market or after prayer. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. It’s just about being honest with people and showing up when you say you will. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send emails, but that’s just life in the village. We take things as they come and try to do right by the folks who live around here. It’s a quiet way to run a business.
