Shiv Shakti Traders

Our shop, Shiv Shakti Traders, sits on Dharm Garh Road in the Mohali district. We handle a lot of different goods coming in and out. It’s a busy spot because the road gets a fair amount of traffic. We spend most of our time counting stock and moving boxes around. It’s not a big fancy place. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that. We deal with local suppliers and people from around the area. Some days are slow, and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors. Other days, we don't even have time for lunch. We keep our records in big paper books. It’s easier for us that way. The floor is concrete and gets cold in the winter. We have a small space for people to come in and talk business. It’s mostly just talk about prices and what’s available this week. Being in Mohali district helps because we aren't too far from the main hubs. We’ve been at this Dharm Garh Road location for a long time. People know where to find us. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone tells a friend and they show up. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the orders are right. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. We close up when the light fades and head home to rest for the next day.
