Our place is out in Village Sarsini, right along the Ambala-Chandigarh Highway in Lalru. It is a bit of a drive from the main cities, but being out here in Punjab gives us plenty of space for the operations. The facility is a large building that you can't really miss if you are driving down the highway. We have quite a few people from the local village and nearby areas working with us, so there is a real local feel to the place despite the name. The workday usually starts early when the sun is just coming up over the fields. Inside, it’s mostly about managing the production lines and making sure everything is running like it should. It can get quite loud with the machinery, and there is always a bit of a rush to get shipments out on time. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that; the office part is just a few simple rooms attached to the main floor. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking on things and talking to the workers. Sometimes the weather out here can be a bit extreme, either very hot or quite foggy in the winter, which affects how we move things around. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows their job and we don't waste much time on meetings that aren't necessary. It’s just a regular workplace in a rural setting.
