Pramod Kumar Chaubey Thekedar LLP is just us working out of Ramnagar here in Lalitpur. We are based right near the M.E.S. area, which most people around here know pretty well. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a regular place where we get our paperwork done and handle the contracts that come our way. Lalitpur is a quiet place most days, but we stay busy with the local projects. Being a Thekedar means a lot of running around, checking on sites, and making sure the labor shows up on time. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, under the care of Pramod Kumar Chobey. It’s simple work, really. We deal with the materials, the workers, and the local authorities to get things built. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially when the heat hits Lalitpur in the summer, but we keep going. The office is easy to find if you’re looking for it near the military area. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just knowing who we are in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the sun. It’s just how things are done here. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just local people doing local work. If you walk past, you might see us sitting there with a cup of tea, talking about the next job.
