Akadama Nidhi Limited is located at 46 Tisgana in the Madawra part of Lalitpur. Our office is a modest one, right in the heart of the village. We don't have those big computer systems or fancy air conditioning. We just have our desks, some ledger books, and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat or do their business. Lalitpur is a quiet place, and we like that our office reflects that. We aren't trying to be like those big city banks. We are just local people helping other local people. Most of our day is spent filling out forms and making sure the records are correct. It’s a lot of manual work, but we don't mind it. People from Tisgana know us by name, and we know them too. If the weather is nice, we usually leave the door open so a bit of a breeze comes in. We don't have any marketing people or anyone like that. Everything we do is very direct. If someone has a question about their savings, they just walk in and ask. We try to be helpful and keep things simple. We have been here for a while now, and the building at number 46 has become a familiar spot for everyone. We just go about our business quietly and try to do right by the folks in Madawra.
