J. L. Industries is situated out on Maniyankurichi Road in Nedungur. Our site covers No. 1860, 13/4A, and 13/4B, so it’s a decent-sized patch of land. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the city, but that suits us fine for the kind of industrial work we do. Most of the day is spent managing the production and checking on the materials coming in. It’s a dusty environment and usually quite hot, especially during the summer months. We have a crew of workers from the surrounding villages who come in early every day. The road can be quiet sometimes, then suddenly a big truck arrives and everyone gets busy. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything; it’s mostly just the sheds and the storage areas. We started small and slowly added more space as we needed it. It’s a family-run feel even though we’ve grown. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. If someone wants to know about our work, they usually just come by and see what’s on the floor. The machinery is old but reliable, and we keep it running ourselves. Nedungur is a place where everyone talks to each other, so we try to keep a good reputation among our neighbors. It’s simple, honest industrial work that keeps us busy from dawn to dusk every single day of the week.
