The shop is called Vijay Nandani Sanitary Hardwear & Paint Store. We are located right on Bypass Road in Lalganj, Raebareli. If you are looking for us, we are easy to find because of all the paint cans and pipes around. We started this because we saw folks here needed a place to get their home stuff without traveling too far. We keep a lot of different things in stock, from heavy hardware to different shades of paint for walls. It’s a bit dusty in here sometimes because of all the lifting and moving, but that’s just how hardware stores are. We spend most of our mornings unloading trucks and getting things set up for the day. Raebareli gets quite hot, so we usually have the fan going while we help people figure out what size pipe they need or which brush is better for a DIY job. We aren't experts at everything, but we know our stock well enough to help out. Sometimes a customer comes in with a broken part and we try to find a match. It’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers. We don't have a big website or anything like that. People just know where we are. Dealing with plumbing and paints is messy work, but it pays the bills and keeps the town running. We’ve been at this spot on the bypass for a while and plan to stay as long as people keep needing fixes for their houses. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
