Dealing with business near Naya Bazar. It's a busy spot. Sai Baijnath Indicon Ltd. is based at Baijnath Bhawan. We've been here for a bit now. The morning starts early on Kabiya Road. There is a lot of noise from the market nearby, but we get used to it. It’s mostly just us doing our work, trying to get things out on time. Sometimes the traffic makes things slow. We aren't a big flashy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we handle our stuff. People stop by sometimes to ask for directions because of where we sit. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s not always easy keeping up with everything but we manage. The team here knows each other well. We eat lunch together when there is time. Usually, it's just about getting the orders sorted and making sure the paperwork is right. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the daily tasks. It gets quiet in the evenings after the shops in Naya Bazar start closing up. That’s when we usually wrap up and head home. It is a decent place to work, nothing too complicated. We just try to be reliable for the people who need us. No big speeches, just work. We have a few old desks and some fans that rattle, but they keep us cool enough. It is just the way we like it.
