Navkum Infrastructure is located in Lakhisarai, specifically in the Malpur area of Pipariya, Barahiya. It is a very rural setting, which is quite different from the hustle of the big cities. We run our operations out of Prince Kumar’s place. Most of our staff grew up in the nearby villages, so we have a deep connection to this land. Our office is a basic setup, mainly used for storing our tools and keeping track of the accounts. We don't spend much time sitting under a fan; most of our day is spent out in the sun at various construction sites. Working in this part of Bihar means we have to deal with the changing seasons and sometimes difficult terrain. We are a small, tight-knit group of people who know how to handle the physical side of infrastructure work. Sometimes the progress is slow because the roads are bad or the heat is too intense to work during the day. That is just part of life here in Lakhisarai. We take on various infrastructure projects in the local blocks and try to finish them without any fuss. We don't make grand claims about what we do. We just show up every morning and put in the work that is required. It is a very straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work well for us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
