Lkr Construction Private Limited is based out of Hanuman Nagar in the Naya Bazar area of Lakhisarai. Kaushal Kishore Pandey is the one who keeps things running here. Our setup is pretty basic because we spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening. Lakhisarai is a unique place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the way things move around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bihar; we just want to do solid work for the people in Naya Bazar and the surrounding spots. The office is just a place to store tools and have a cup of tea while we figure out the next day’s plan. Construction involves a lot of waiting around for trucks and then a lot of rushing to get things done before the sun sets. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes our schedules get a bit messy. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy logo on every single thing. We just have our names and our reputation in the town. If a wall needs building or a foundation needs pouring, we are the ones who get out there and do it. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad, but we stick to it. We are just regular people working a trade we know well. We don't bother with the corporate stuff and just focus on the bricks and mortar. That is what we have always done.
