Jaiswal Traders

Jaiswal Traders is over on Gurudwara Road. We are in the Santa Devi part of town, which is real close to both the Gurudwara and the Santa Devi Mandir. It’s a busy spot with folks always walking by to go to the temples or the market. Our trading business has been on this road for a long time now. The location is good because people can find us without much trouble. We deal with different types of goods that come in and go out every week. The noise from the bells and prayers is just part of our life here. We don't have a fancy office; it’s just a place that works, with lots of lifting and moving boxes around. The walls are getting old. We talk to people all day long. Sometimes we just sit on the steps with a cup of tea when things slow down. It’s an old-fashioned way of trading. We don't use computers much, mostly just a notebook and a pen. Being near the mandir means we see all sorts of people. We try to be helpful to anyone who stops in. It’s not about being some huge company, we just want to be reliable and keep busy here on Gurudwara Road. We have made a lot of friends over the years just by staying in this one spot and doing our work. The atmosphere is always lively and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
