Our place is located in North Lakhimpur, specifically on Chandmari Path in Ward No 14. It is the Institute Of Integrated Resourcemanagement Foundation. A bit of a long name, I know. We focus on how resources are handled and managed around here. It is not a flashy office or anything like that. Just some rooms where we sit and go through our tasks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet most days. We have been set up here for some time now. There are always people coming in and out asking about how things work with management stuff. We try to explain it the best we can without making it too complicated. It is mostly just practical things we look at every day. North Lakhimpur is a good place to be based. We see the same faces often. Being in Ward 14 means we are close to the local center, which helps. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just carry on with what we have. It is a small foundation. We do not have fancy furniture or big ads everywhere. We just do our work and keep things moving. Dealing with resource management takes a lot of patience. There is always a lot to organize. We handle the paperwork and the meetings as they come. It is a standard routine for us. We are just locals trying to keep the foundation running properly for everyone who needs us. It keeps us quite busy throughout the week.
