Shree Shyam Gram Udyog

Our place, Shree Shyam Gram Udyog, is located in Village Tajpur. It’s near the Shiv Mandir in the Gola taluka of Gokaran Nath Kheri. This is a very quiet part of the country, and we like it that way. We are a small village industry, so we don't have any of those big city setups. Most of our workers live right here in the village or in nearby Bhaithiya. We walk to work or take bicycles. The building is right near the temple, so we can hear the bells every morning and evening. It gives the day a nice rhythm. We deal with local products and try to keep things as natural as we can. There’s no big manual or corporate policy here. We just know how things should be done because we’ve been doing them for years. Sometimes we sit outside under the tree to have our lunch and talk about the crops. The work is steady but not rushed. We don't have a fancy sign, just the name of the place on the wall. It’s a lot of manual sorting and packing. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or software. We keep our records in a simple notebook. It’s just us doing our bit in the village. Life is slow here, and that suits the way we work. We just focus on the products and the people around us. It's a simple life that makes sense for us.
