Gangaraje Namkeen Bhandar

Gangaraje Namkeen Bhandar is our little place in Village Rajapur. We are right in the Lakhimpur area. It is not a big city thing, just a shop near the Peer Baba Hanuman Mandir. Most days start early here because people visiting the mandir stop by. The air in Rajapur is usually filled with the smell of what we are frying. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons, but that is how it goes. My family has been doing this for a bit. We don't have a big fancy office or anything. Just a counter and some shelves. We spend a lot of time cleaning the space and making sure the packets are sealed right. Sometimes the bags pile up near the back door. It is a simple life in Taluka Lakhimpur. You can see the temple flags from our front step. We know most people who walk past. If someone asks where we are, we just tell them to look for the Peer Baba temple and they find us easily. There is always noise from the street, tractors passing by or kids playing near the mandir. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not always easy, but it is what we know. The namkeen gets packed into big boxes every week. It is a lot of lifting and moving stuff around the small room. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we are busy.
