Acc Ltd.

Our operation is located out in District Bundi. It’s a large site because we deal with a lot of heavy material. Acc Ltd. has a long history in this area. You can see the dust and the trucks from a distance. We spend our time managing the production and making sure the supply chain doesn't break down. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the machinery. The weather in Bundi can get really hot, which makes the work on the site even tougher. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby here. It’s mostly offices with maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We coordinate with drivers and supervisors all day long. Most of the people working here live nearby in the district. We’ve become a part of the local landscape over the years. It’s a loud place, but it's the sound of work getting done. We focus on the daily output and making sure the quality is what it's supposed to be. If there's a breakdown, everyone jumps in to get things moving again. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is a small tea stall just outside the main gate where we all gather during the mid-morning break to talk about the day's targets. It’s a hard-working community out here in the heat of the Rajasthan sun.
