Purnalaxmi Traders

Our shop, Purnalaxmi Traders, is located right in Labpur. If you live around Birbhum, you probably know the area. It’s a quiet place, mostly. We started this business because we saw people needed a reliable spot to get their supplies without traveling too far. It's just a regular local shop where we stock the basics. We open early in the morning, usually around the time the sun comes up, and stay open until it gets dark. Most of our customers are our neighbors or people from the nearby villages. We know most of them by name. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a few of us here making sure things run okay. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get deliveries in, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. We just do our bit every day. We carry a mix of different things, whatever is in demand at the time. You won't find any flashy signs here. Just a door that's usually open and a counter where we handle the sales. We’ve been here in Labpur for some time and we plan on staying. It’s a simple life running a trade business in a district like Birbhum. We just try to be fair and keep the shelves filled with what people are asking for. We also chat with folks while they wait for their change. It's a slow pace but we like it this way.
