Nine Constructions Company

Nine Constructions Company is based out of Bs Residency in Shivaganga Colony. Our office is in Flat No 201 on Plot No 29. Lb Nagar is where we do most of our things. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We aren't the kind of company that has a massive skyscraper with a lobby. We work out of a regular apartment space because it’s practical and keeps our costs down. There are a few desks, some computers, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Most of our time is actually spent out at sites, but this is where the planning happens. We started this company with just a couple of people and it’s stayed pretty small. We prefer it that way. You get to know everyone you work with. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, just like any other place. Lb Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central to a lot of the work we do. We don't try to impress anyone with big speeches. We just focus on the drawings and the numbers. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a layout or talking on the phone with a supplier. It’s just how we work here in Shivaganga Colony. We don't need much else to stay busy and productive.
