We’re located in Hyderabad, specifically in the Kothapeta area. Our office address is H.No:1-1-251/1 in Balaji Colony, right on Raghavendra Nagar Road No:2. It’s a nice enough spot near Mohan Nagar, and it’s where we handle all the management for our infrastructure work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city, which is good for focusing on details. We have a team here that looks after everything from site inspections to checking the books. We’ve been operating out of this house-turned-office for a while now. It feels more personal than a big commercial building. We don’t use much corporate jargon here. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or which project is coming up next. You’ll find people here at all hours sometimes, especially when a big project is in its final stages. It is a lot of coordination between the office and the actual construction sites across the city. We try to be practical and solve problems as they come up instead of worrying about fancy presentations. It’s a steady pace of work. We know the roads and the people around Kothapeta well, and we’re just glad to be a part of the local business community. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours and keep things moving. We just take it as it comes.
