Techsquare Constructions

Our construction business is based in Hyderabad. The office is actually part of a residential area, linked to Mohd Khaja Mohiuddin’s house in the 500008 zip code area. We are Techsquare Constructions, and we spend most of our time out on various building sites across the city rather than sitting in the office. Hyderabad is growing so fast that there is always something being built somewhere. We deal with the basics like bricks, cement, and labor management. It’s a tough business because there are always delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a local operation where we know the workers by name. We handle the day-to-day headaches of construction so the buildings actually get finished. You might see us driving around the city from one site to another, checking on progress. The office is where we do the paperwork and talk to suppliers, but the real work happens under the sun. It’s dusty and tiring, but seeing a structure finally stand up is a good feeling. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just try to get the walls straight and the roofs on. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone shows up on time. We’ve been doing this for years and have seen the city change a lot.
