Svec Constructions Ltd

We’ve got our office at Flat No. G-7 in the Chaitanya Residency, Block-4. It’s over in Raghuram Nagar, Hydershakote. This is our base for the Golconda side of Hyderabad. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is nice because it’s a bit calmer than the city center. We use this space to go over our construction plans and meet with the site supervisors. It’s a ground-floor flat, so it’s easy for people to pop in and out. Inside, it looks like any other working office—lots of paper, a few computers, and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We spend our days making sure the materials are ordered and the labor is showing up where they should. Svec Constructions Ltd has been operating out of here for some time. We aren’t interested in looking like a big fancy firm. We’re just builders. We care about the measurements being right and the concrete setting properly. Sometimes we stay late when a big deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. The neighborhood is good, and we’ve made friends with some of the other people in the block. We just want to do honest work and finish our projects so people can move into the buildings we help create. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business without any extra fuss.
