We are over at H:No: 8-4-549/81 in the Netaji Nagar Colony area of Erragadda, Hyderabad. The pin code is 500018. The address still says Andhra Pradesh on some of our older paperwork because we have been here for such a long time, even before the state was divided. Our office is just a part of the house really. It is not a big glass tower in the IT corridor. We are developers who work on local plots and small housing projects around this part of the city. Erragadda is a very busy area, and the roads are always crowded with bikes and cars. We like being right here in the colony because it makes it easy for people to just stop by and ask about land. We have a few big tables where we lay out the maps and the site plans. It is usually a bit messy with papers and tea cups, but it is a working office. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits. Usually, it is just us talking to the buyers directly. We know every corner of this neighborhood because we have watched it grow from almost nothing. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just show people what is available and help them with the paperwork. It is a steady business and we have been at it for many years now.
