Working out of Parimala Homes-Ii in Chaitanyapuri is pretty straightforward. Dilsukhnagar is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Sindhu Cargo Services Limited is really just a group of us handling the logistics of moving goods around. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of tea cups. We spend our mornings figuring out the best routes for the cargo and talking to drivers who are usually stuck in traffic somewhere near the city center. The Hyderabad heat can be really tough in the middle of the day, so we try to get the heavy paperwork done early. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the neighbors know us by now. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just make sure the boxes get where they need to go. Sometimes there’s a mix-up with a delivery or a delay at the warehouse, and we have to spend the whole evening fixing it. That’s just how the cargo business works. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing around. We just keep at it every day, making sure the files are updated and the customers know what’s happening with their stuff. It's a living, and we know our way around the city streets.
