Shashank Construction Company

Shashank Construction Company is run out of an apartment in Kothapet. We’re in Flat No 203 at Srinidhi Apts. It’s a quiet enough place to work when we aren't out on a site somewhere in Andhra Pradesh. We’ve been doing this for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We wake up, check the weather, and head out to see how the work is progressing. Construction is one of those things where you never know what kind of problem you’ll have to solve next. It could be a supply delay or just a misunderstanding about a measurement. We just take it as it comes. Our setup in the apartment is mostly just for the administrative side of things—bills, permits, and all that stuff that isn't very fun but has to be done. We don't really have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. If the floor needs sweeping, we sweep it. If a client calls with a question, we answer it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s nice to see a building go up where there was nothing before. That’s really the main thing for us.
