Senior Supervisor

The office is located at 7-2-1087/A/172 in B K Guda, which is part of the Sanath Nagar area in Hyderabad. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people living and working in close quarters. Sanjeev Kumar.S is the name on the door. Working as a Senior Supervisor in a city like Hyderabad means there is never a dull moment. The streets around here are narrow and always crowded with scooters and delivery vans. Inside, the space is simple and used mainly for keeping track of our various project schedules and worker attendance. There is no fancy lobby or reception area here. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. We have been in this spot for a good while and have gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood. The morning starts with a lot of calls to check if everyone reached their respective sites. Dealing with logistics in this part of town requires a bit of patience because of the traffic. Sometimes I have to head out to the sites myself to see what's going on, but the B K Guda office is the home base. It’s where the planning happens and where we sort out the payroll and other mundane tasks. We don’t spend much on decorations because the focus is always on the work at hand. Every day is a bit of a struggle with the heat and the noise, but we get the job done.
